3. Enlightenment.com interviews Bill Harris...

Some time back, we told you about a CD interview done by Enlightenment.com with noted transformational author and philosopher Ken Wilber. Many of you took my advice to get the CDs of that interview, and the feedback we receive was overwhelmingly positive.

Now, Enlightenment.com has produced a second interview with a noted personal growth leader: me! (Blush)

Several months ago, I spent a very stimulating day with Enlightenment.com's Jordan Gruber. The result was a delightful and wide-ranging discussion about a whole range of topics of particular interest to anyone wanting to improve their life, increase their conscious awareness, and move toward happiness and self-realization--and all of it was captured on tape, just as it happened.

Jordan is one of THE sharpest and best interviewers around. I was impressed at how he interacted with Ken Wilber when he interviewed Ken, and what he was able to pull out of Ken's mind. When we spoke, he did the same with me, bringing up some very challenging and intriguing subjects that made me really think. I think you'll find this interview to be very different from anything you've ever heard from me.

If you're interested in owning a 2-CD copy of this interview (and I know you are), titled "A Sound Awakening," click here for more information...to hear a few sample cuts from the interview...and to order a set for your very own:

By the way, neither Centerpointe--nor I--receive anything other than personal satisfaction from sales of this CD set.

4. As many of you know, about twelve weeks ago we started an extensive series of teleconference calls, in which I am teaching three courses of 12 calls each, all about what I call The Life Principles Integration Process. Over 900 people signed up for these calls, and the feedback I'm getting has been incredible--beyond my wildest dreams. People are experiencing huge positive changes, and the calls have been a ton of fun.

As a result, we've decided to make these calls, plus written notes of them, several very revealing self-tests, the homework, access to me via email for any questions--and several other things I won't describe here--available to everyone who didn't sign up for the live calls, in an on-line form.

In this on-line version of the courses, you can take the courses on your computer, either by listening via audio-streaming, or by downloading the calls to listen to later or burn onto a CD. As in the live calls, I am available by email to answer any questions you have about anything during the course.

In these calls, we're digging very deeply into the exact, specific reasons why and how you may be unconsciously creating results in your life, both internally and externally, that you don't want--and how you can create EXACTLY what you do want. (Yes, Virginia, it is possible.)

This on-line version isn't quite ready, but we hope to have it ready very soon, so please be on the lookout for an email from me describing it in more detail. I hope you'll participate, since this is one of the most effective things I've ever offered. You do not need to already be a participant in The Holosync Solution to take these courses, by the way.

Here's a couple of emails I've received from people in the course:

"Again, Bill, I cannot overstate how impressed I am with your commitment to all of us getting this material. Everything is so well organized...from the actual call to the notes and the download information. I really want to get my life in order and I'm most appreciative of your generosity and assistance. The programs that you create are unbelievably effective. I've just started the third level of awakening and am finding it to be wonderful. If I can resolve these value conflicts and remove the source of some of these other value issues, I'll really start to fly.

Thank you again.
Maggie C."

"In the words of Tina Turner:
"You're simply the best... better than all the rest",
Toni"

"Great! Thanks for your fast reply Bill. By the way, I would like to compliment you on your extraordinary organizing and presentation abilities. I love the way you have streamlined this. The whole course is impeccable.
Barbara"

"Dear Bill,

I am feeling so much better about myself. Even though I had a tremendous shift when you first led us through the time line process, I did it a few more times to pick up more learnings and dispel some residual feelings. It worked.

I then decided to listen to the Extra Call you'd posted. Being primarily auditory/auditory digital I couldn't resist! What a great learning experience this call provides. Particularly insightful for me was your reference to self-doubt. I recognize that this is my last bastion, the one I was unwilling to drop. In that moment I remembered something a wise old Jesuit said to me over twenty years ago:

"The last bastion we give to God is self-doubt."

Bill, thanks for the memory.

I'm excited about changing my life. This stuff works and it is a very big deal for me. I'm very glad I signed up for the series.

Also, thanks for emphasizing how the unconscious always has our very best interests at heart. This is such a comfort.

Sincerely,
Veronica"

*

So, please be on the lookout for my email explaining how you can participate in the on-line version of this course, and get the same kinds of benefits these people are receiving.

I'd love to get a similar email from you in a few weeks!

Be well.

Bill

9. Improve Your Relationship
by Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks, creators of ATTRACTING GENUINE LOVE

RELATIONSHIP QUESTION OF THE MONTH:

QUESTION:

Well I do not know if its really a question or not. But sometimes I think I'm crazy when it comes to relationships. I have not been in many, but when I decide I like someone and if I finally get a chance to go out with that someone I get all confused and then I get scared and feel like I cannot
breathe and manage to do something to end it. I do not want to be alone forever, but I do not want to feel like I am not me anymore either. I'm 28 and sometimes I feel like I'm running out of time to figure out what is wrong with me.

ANSWER:

Thanks for telling us your age, because it makes it easier to make a more specific suggestion. According to developmental psychologists, such as Erik Erikson, people in their 20s have a different developmental task than people in their 30s, 40s, 50s and 60s. Our experience of counseling several thousand people in their 20s confirms Erikson's ideas. Basically, people in their 20s, in addition to finding work and other practicalities, are faced with the psychological issue of getting completely separate from their parents and getting out from under the influence of their parents. Then, the task in the 30s becomes exploring yourself deeply enough to understand what your own issues are and what your own feelings are.

As you approach the end of your 20s, it would be a good idea to ask yourself questions like What did I learn growing up that makes me lose my breath when I get in a close relationship? and Where would I have gotten the idea that relationships are scary and so is being alone? These questions, and the journey itself, are not always pleasant, but they are necessary to grow toward conscious relationships.

Our course, Attracting Genuine Love, has a section designed to help you answer these questions. The course address issues that may be keeping you from having a conscious loving relationship.

Best of luck to you in finding the relationship you want and deserve.

Sincerely,
Kathlyn and Gay Hendricks

11. This Issue's Feature Article:
Questions and Answers
by Bill Harris, Director

This time I'd like to share with you a letter I received, and my answer.

Very often, as people travel along the personal growth path in the search for who they really are, they wonder about an apparent dichotomy: that between, on one hand, things of the material world, the creations of our mind, and our desire for and attachment to these things...and, on the other hand, the world of non-attachment, spirituality and enlightenment. Here is a very thoughtful question on that subject, and my answer.

I hope it's helpful.

Dear Bill

I understandthat the brain is a goal oriented machine, which affirmations can affect in re-directing brain function, to produce the outcome we desire (reality).

I have a little conflict between J.Krishnamurti"s teaching and your program.Could you please clarify a point for me? He agrees wholly with you that "what you resist persists" and "what you observe disappears".

He say to choicelessly witness the "what is," or reality of your situation, be it anger, greed, pride etc., you see the false as false, you touch the timeless, which reveals the higher truth. (beyond thought).

When we approach the unconscious with the conscious and try to engineer a change, the change is only a product of our conditioned map, so it is not a total revolution or transformation, but a re-formation or re-organization with the same conditioned elements present.

In respect to affirmations spoken verbally to oneself, this seems an attempt to change the unconscious via the conscious (thought); a rewiring of the circuitry on a superficial level. (no deep lasting change).

In respect to subliminal affirmations in your holosync program, could this be the same thing, in which case, the affirmations more than likely hinder the witness, with conscious directives to change?

Could the affirmations, although going directly in a subliminal manner into the unconscious, still be seen as the interference of conscious thought, which is the product of conditioning in the field of time?

Krishnamurti distinguishes between (A) a brain--the organism evolved through time since we were stardust, till now, and (B) the mind--the window to the timeless, absolute or God.

Could the affirmations be caught in the field of duality (our conditioned interpretations of good and bad) and not produce the real lasting change we are seeking? In the freedom from the Known, we can see truth (reality) from a higher vantage point. As a result, the false falls away in the light of the absolute.

So again, could subliminal affirmations cause conflict between "what is" and what we think 'should be" thereby pulling against the work of the program?

I have seen you quote J. Krishnamurti once or twice, so I know you are familiar with his ideas.

Can you clarify my interpretations of your program in the light of his teachings.

Best wishes from Australia

MICHAEL

Michael,

I agree with Krishnamurti.

There are two ways you can look at life. One is from the dualistic point of view, and the other is from the more ultimate, non-dual point of view. Krishnamurti is looking at it from the ultimate point of view, and I agree with him.

Many people do not care about the ultimate point of view. They just want to make their life work better, to make the illusion be a better illusion. The creations of the mind are still all they can see, and all they want. And, it is difficult for people to deal with things on the ultimate, non-dual level, when they have a lot of unhealed emotional stuff.

This is because this unhealed emotional stuff creates a very strong pull, causing them to place their focus on the mind and its creations (which includes emotional stuff). As long as this pull exists, it is hard for people to comprehend that they are not their mind, their body, and their emotions, but that they are, rather, the "nothingness" (or, you could say, the "everythingness") out of which the mind, body, emotions, and everything else in the dual world, comes.

This is why meditation is so important, because it calms the mind, which allow one to not be so fixated on it, and what it creates. Once you are not so pulled by the mind, you see that there is something behind it, something more fundamental, and that this "something" is who you really are (and, that it is pure, unlimited happiness).

So, when I talk about affirmations and that sort of thing, I'm dealing with the illusion people are creating with their mind. Initially, people are creating their own illusion, but the origin of it, the details of it, are unconscious and run on automatic, out of their control. They have to accept the particular illusion their mind has been programmed to create by the circumstances of their life.

If they work on themselves--either by meditation, or by doing things like we are doing in the telecourse I'm giving right now, in which we investigate in detail how the mind creates the particular illusion it is creating for you--they move to a point where they can create the illusion they want, instead of just accepting whatever is automatically created by their internal map of reality, as created by their particular life experiences.

This new ability does two things. It allows you to create anything you want, which gives you tremendous personal power. The make-it-happen people of the world have mastered this ability: the ability to tap into what I would call "infinite intelligence" and use it to achieve or create anything you want, internally or externally.

The second thing this does may or may not happen. For some people, having this power can be a trap, causing them to get lost in the creations of the mind--not, as before, as victim, who must accept whatever their mind creates, but this time in a more egoic sense of being a powerful creator, but missing the fact that the creation is still illusion. They are still under the thrall of the mind, attached to their creation, but at least they are controlling it. The downside is that when you live in duality, everything constantly changes, everything ends, and attachment to the results of one's creations creates suffering. Such people just have a little more control over how they suffer--they can suffer in style, you might say.

If, however, the person uses the fact that they can, in effect, manipulate the illusion to realize that it IS an illusion--and this realization causes them to know that the whole creative act is just a play, and that their creation isn't the ultimate reality, any more than an author thinks the novel they write is real--this awareness can lead to self-realization. In other words, if they are not attached to the creation, but just have fun with it, they are not caught in it, and can see beyond it to the ultimate reality out of which everything comes.

There is, of course, a faster path, in which you totally by-pass learning how to manipulate the illusion. (This path, in Hinduism, is called Advaita Vedanta.) After all, it's just an illusion, so who cares? What's really important is that there is a background out of which all manifestations arise.

The mind focuses on the foreground, while the true, unchanging reality is the background, out of which the foreground arises. The foreground (what we think of as "the real world") depends on the existence of the background for it's very existence. Without the background, there can be no foreground. Without the unmanifest, there can be no manifest world.

The foreground constantly changes, while the background is unchanging. And, as the Buddhists say, "That which changes is not real; that which is real does not change." But as long as we focus all our attention on the foreground, we don't see the background.

So it is possible to just jump right to non-duality, to jump out of the illusion of the mind instead of learning how to manipulate it, to jump from living in the foreground to living in the background: to focus on the page rather than the writing, to see the space between the leaves rather than the leaves themselves, to realize that without the space the building occupies, the building cannot exist.

So I'm talking quite often to those who are working on getting their mind calm enough so that it doesn't exert such a strong pull on them, so they can begin to see the space between the thoughts and feelings, rather than being constantly pulled to think that their mental creations ARE the world. And, sometimes, I'm talking to those who are finding out in more detail how the mind creates the illusion, so they can manipulate the illusion, which both allows them to create a "better" illusion, and also to see that it really is an illusion, and in seeing that, have the opportunity to go past it.

By the way, nearly all traditions do spend a fair amount of time working on the unconscious and the conscious mind. Tibetan Buddhism, for instance, does a lot of work with the conscious mind. They see it as one way to approach the non-dual, but still realize it for what it is--illusion.

As for the non-dual, you can't really talk about it anyway.

Thanks for a thoughtful question. Hope this helps.

Be well.

Bill

13. Glowing Testimonials and Letters

Hi Bill,

I became a Centerpointe participant about two years ago, and in the beginning e-mailed you endlessly, at least from your perspective I'm sure, asking about how the program works. I was asking from a scientific point of view. Your response was, "I know you want to know how this works. Just give it a chance."

Well, after reading "The Management ofEvolutionary Change," [Bill Harris's first book, which we send to everyone with their first custom-recorded level of the program] all my questions were answered. But even more importantly, I can see changes occurring in my life and behavior that I never knew I was capable of just a few years ago. Let me give you an example: I have to go towork tomorrow, the first day after an 11-day vacation during which I was hospitalized forfour days with chest pain (it turned out to be nothing diagnosable and I've been fine since), and on the way back to the airport I totaled my rental carand learnedwhat itis like to travel sideways on a highway at 60 mph with the rest of one's family in the car. Thankfully my health turned out fine, and in the accident all that was injured was the piece of metal around us.

What surprises me the most is my reaction to all of this. Two years ago this would have set me off into a downhill spiral that would have had a very significant negative influence on my ability to enjoy life, even though the damage had already been done. I now understand how my negativereaction would have prolonged my suffering long after it should have been over--a very good example of the saying, "Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it". I simply decided (subconsciously) that I wasn't going to let an unfortunate set of circumstances interfere with my happiness. Yes, I'm disappointed that my vacation wasn't as relaxing and care-free as it could and should have been--but so what? What can I do to change things now?

So I'll go back to work tomorrow, a much wiser and happier person, knowing that this "new me" will continue to improve as I continue the Holosync program. I will soon be placing my order for level 4.

It is my gut feeling that the Floating technology is the more important technology on a day-to-day basis, while the Holosync part of the program causes theneural structuralchanges you have written about--which take more time. I will be changing my personal affirmations for this new level I will be starting in another few months, as I have accomplished all that I set out to when composing my first set of affirmations.

So, you might say, this program incorporates both physical, structural changes in the brain itself, as well as psychological changes that are very much under the control of the participant in the form of the self-recorded, subliminal positive affirmations. I also think that the new synapses that are being formed during and afterthe Holosync meditationsare ones that are restructuring my brain to produce a more positive, effective, efficient individual that treats all people with respect, judges no one (one of the more difficult ones on which I continue to work), and simply tries to let my positive attitude be contagious to those around me--namely my coworkers and family members.

This attitude also reaches store clerks, phone callers, in short, perfect strangers now treat me completely differently because I treat them completely differently. What is so wonderful about this is that I don't have to make an effort to be different than I was--I just am--and as I progress through the program I expect that I will continue to improve my life, my relationships, and everything else that at times used to be overwhelming.

I'd like to thank you for making all this possible.

Sid

Forwarded to me by Gay Hendricks from one of his students, to whom he recommended The Holosync Solution some time ago"

I have found that Holosync is the best way to gradually and systematically overcome the upper limits problem. As you know, I am pretty energetically sensitive, and I can actually feel the (Holosync induced) energy vibrate through my body, and feel where it gets stuck in certain areas of the body. It sets up a resonance in the stuck areas, and seems to "shake out" the limiting belief or past memory which is associated with the stuck state. Its ability to connect a person to these stuck states is better than any therapy or hypnosis that I've ever been through. I would say that my stress level at work, on even the most hectic days is about 70% improved. I am thankful for you to turning me on to Holosync. If anyone else in the world but you had recommended meditating to a CD, I probably would have started throwing punches.

Dr. Eric Robbins

Dear Bill

I am writing to let you know that I am still very much interested in the Holosync program, and I am aware that I am ready for the next level.

The situation is that I am presently up-grading and working on a shift in my career path. Which means that I need more work to pay for the program. I am continuing to tell others about your program. In a class I took, we were asked to talk about our favorite product, so I talked about Holosync, The teacher and one of the students asked for information to contact you. In the one class I facilitated, I also talked about your program. Once I start teaching new workshops, I will continue to promote Holosync because I love the whole process.

Being out of contracts for so long would have completely depressed me, but the CD's keep me on track and focused. When I got the Natural Brilliance program awhile back..(they took my credit card)...and was doing both programs...all I can say is "WOW". [Natural Brilliance is a program from Learning Strategies Corporation that I have periodically recommended. --Bill]

For a short time I stopped doing both programs as there was so much information coming at me, and I felt like I needed a break. My creativity took off in directions that surprised me. Unfortunately, running out of money has a rather dampening affect, so I am back to doing Holosync which immediately snapped me out of my beginning depression.

I just want to say "THANKS", and I will let you know when I get the financial aspect of my life on track.

Sincerely

Laura Mueller

Hello, Friends!!

It's been almost four months since I started the Awakening Prologue. I'm not
the same person I was then. Holosync has made more aware, and much more
peaceful, and open. Thanks be to the Universe!

Oh, I've had an education about resistance! It hasn't been totally smooth
sailing and thank goodness for that since now I know when I'm resisting and not flowing. For me, resistance was mildly uncomfortable at times, but things
have gotten better over time. It's becoming easier to recognize when I'm doing it so that now I can just let go much faster.

What absolute joy that I will soon purchase the first step! You better
believe that I'm going through all the levels--what a trip! It only gets better
and I want to reach my highest potential in order to make the world a better
place.

Bill and team, thank you so much for continually perfecting this unbelievable
technology. How wonderful that you all care so much for all your
participants. The follow up letters were so timely and inspiring.

Light and love :),

Yossi L.

ps: I keep imagining how absolutely incredible the world is becoming one
person at a time who discovers this wonderful technology! Let the Light shine and Oneness be!

14. BOOK REVIEW
By Marc Gilson

A Short History of Nearly Everything
By Bill Bryson
Broadway Books © 2003 by Bill Bryson

***If you would like to read more about or order this book click here:
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0767908171/centerpointer-20

Note: This book review is dedicated to Jim P. of Florida who recently wrote to say,

"Marc, using Holosync really has my brain on fire for knowledge. I keep reading book after book and my mind just seems hungry for more and more information! And this from a high-school drop-out! I guess I'm getting my education late in life. So please let me know if there are any books out there I can really sink my teeth into about science or the world, whatever!"

Here's one for you, Jim:

If you've read any of Bill Bryson's previous best-selling books it won't come as a surprise to know that his latest work is funny, thought-provoking, and immensely entertaining. All his books are like that. What may come as a surprise is, rather than his usual fare of travel writing, Bryson has turned his attention to a rather "un-Bryson-like" topic: science.

In "A Short History of Nearly Everything," Bryson attempts to give us precisely that: a book about life, the universe, and how we as a species managed to get to where we are today. From the "nothingness" preceding the Big Bang, to today, Bryson's new book is nothing if not expansive in scope.

Bryson himself confesses that his motivation for writing this hefty 400+ page tome was not to demonstrate his expertise in the realm of science, but rather to learn it himself. Dedicating three years to research, Bryson set about tackling the "who, what, when, and why" of science. He confesses that he really didn't know much about science until undertaking this project. "I didn't know a quark from a quasar," he admits. But he set about to absorb the wisdom (and sometimes the wit) of some of the most influential minds in science, both living and dead. The result is a funny, profound, wry, and revealing portrait of our scientific heritage, and where today's scientists are headed in their quest for knowledge.

But why would a noted humorist and travel writer attempt something so daunting as a history of "nearly" everything? As he says in the Introduction: "The idea was to see if it isn't possible to understand and appreciate--marvel at, enjoy even--the wonder and accomplishments of science at a level that isn't too technical or demanding, but isn't entirely superficial either."

As usual, Bryson succeeds on every level. The driving force of Bryson's odyssey is an almost childlike curiosity about the world; I have no doubt that, as a child, Bryson insisted on knowing just why the sky was blue and the ocean wet. Perhaps the most endearing aspect of his style is his ability to infect the reader with the same sense of wonder and awe he has for his topic. It makes for sparkling prose; none of it is tedious (I frankly found myself sacrificing sleep to read just a few more pages before bedtime), and his presentation accomplishes that rare feat of simultaneously educating and entertaining his readers.

Some readers may cringe at the notion of reading a book about geology, particle physics, paleontology, and--gulp!--biology. How many of us found no thrill in dissecting frogs and watching mold grow in petri dishes in high school science classes? I assure you, Bryson has something much different in mind. Bryson points out that many people today find science either intellectually intimidating or altogether too elitist to bother with, so it's refreshing to experience science through his down-to-earth, conversational style. Simply put, this is a fun book to read.

Bryson's look at the individual scientists and contributors to scientific advancement is particularly engaging. He does not deify great minds like Einstein, Darwin, Newton and the like. Rather, he humanizes them and reveals much of the personal conflicts, professional challenges, and intrigue that exist behind-the-scenes of the public stolid façade science seems to uphold. From the tragic to the hilarious, getting to know the personal stories of the individuals responsible for our scientific heritage through Bryson's colloquial style is a real joy.

It is true that this book will not likely appeal to those serious scientific minds who revel in statistics, formulae, and calibrating telescopes. However, this is not a satirical or clownish jaunt, lightly skimming the surface of science. Bryson must be credited for producing a significant contribution to our understanding of the history of what we know, how we know it, and who figured it all out. And in a way, perhaps, Bryson is more qualified to write about science than those whose careers are so dependant on its own pristine reputation. He is not bothered with precedent, nor encumbered by sciences "sacred cows." In other words, Bryson isn't vested in the politics of science and takes great pleasure in "telling it like it is."

His instincts as a travel writer do come through here; but this time the territory is not Australia ("In a Sunburned Country"), Africa ("Bill Bryson's African Diary") or the Appalachian Trail ("A Walk in the Woods"). This time, the map of Bryson's travels take him through geology, astronomy, particle physics, and chemistry. And traveling these hills and valleys of science with Bryson as the guide is an absolute treat.

Most books on science attempt to convey just how much we know about the universe. They emphasize the knowledge gained, strides made, and mysteries solved. Bryson reminds us that there is, in fact, much we do not know about this rather large place we call "the universe." There is, for that matter, a lot we don't know about the very planet we inhabit. I found this comforting in a way--that there are still the mysteries to explore, riddles to solve, and enigmas to ponder. All the work is not yet done.

The universe continues to enthrall, inspire, and sometimes confound our best attempts to unravel it all. And Bill Bryson's newest book is itself an inspiring reflection of the history of our most basic drive to understand ourselves and the world around us.

15. Important Announcements (and I do mean important):

1. My new book, Thresholds of the Mind, wants you to own it and read it, and I'd like to you to own a copy and read it, too. There's even a way to get a FREE copy (see below).

I've found that those who read the book have some tremendous "ah ha's" about their life and how they can do something to make it one of happiness, inner peace and success.

Here are some comments about Thresholds of the Mind from some prominent personal growth leaders:

"In Thresholds of the Mind, Bill Harris offers a creative and practical new twist on why we suffer, and how, despite our resistance, we can attain deep happiness and inner peace, regardless
of our past or present conditions. Thresholds of the Mind will benefit anyone interested in creating dramatic and powerful positive change."

Jack Canfield , Co-author of the #1 New York Times best-selling Chicken Soup for the Soul¬ series.

*

"In this remarkable post-modern work, transcendence and technology are joined in unique and potent ways. There is much to ponder here as we advance our understanding of the inherent genius of our mind-body systems and the new ways to tap the potential within us all. Harris brings together hitherto divided and distinguished worlds-science and consciousness-to enable the evolution of our species in these most challenging of times."

Jean Houston Ph.D
Author of 17 books including Jump Time, protege of anthropologist Margaret mead, co-seminar leader with mythologist Joseph Campbell, past-president of the Association of Humanistic Psychology, co-director of the Foundation for Mind Research

*

"For many years Kathlyn and I have taught that the central problem human beings face is what we call the Upper Limits problem-the tendency to settle below the threshold of what is possible to achieve. Bill Harris not only understands this problem, he has created an ingenious technology for breaking through it, With the remarkable Holosync audio technology developed at Centerpointe Research Institute, all of us can now learn to live at a new and higher level of functioning. Do yourself a huge favor by reading Thresholds of the Mind and working with Holosync audio technology.

Gay Hendricks, Ph.D. author of CONSCIOUS LIVING and co-author (with Dr. Kathlyn Hendricks ) of CONSCIOUS LOVING President, The Hendricks Institute

"Bill Harris comes from deep personal experience with healing and consciousness. Thresholds of the Mind is truly inspiring and filled with profound wisdom. Holosync is the perfect addition to other growth and spiritual processes."

Margaret Paul, Ph.D. author/coauthor of Do I Have To Give Up Me To Be Loved By You?, Healing Your Aloneness, Inner Bonding, and Do I Have To Give Up Me To Be Loved By God?

"With a loving heart, Bill Harris guides us to the thresholds of the mind. This remarkable book is not only a profound tool for healing. It is also an invitation to explore the mystical interface between technology and the soul."

Daphne Rose Kingma , author of The Future of Love, Heart & Soul, and Coming Apart

You do not need to be a program participant to attend (though most
people who attend are). (And if you're not a program participant, why
the heck aren't you? Quit procrastinating and join.)

Here's what one recent retreat participant wrote to me:

*

Hi Bill!

Thanks for the follow up and for a fabulous retreat experience. I felt as though I withdrew a bit the last day or so which makes me a little sad but I think perhaps I was processing lots at that point.

Not to worry about the [problem I came to the retreat with]--I have absolutely no desire to go back there. And thanks so much for sharing with me your experience with it. May I turn myself around to do things even half as awesome as you have.

It is still somewhat amazing to me how completely the desire has left me [to continue to have the problem I came with]. The timeline exercise at the retreat seemed too simple and though I let my unconscious do the work, my conscious mind was having a bit of trouble believing that anything had really happened since it wasn't aware of much of the specifics. But I am repeatedly delighted to find myself not tempted, not thinking about it, not missing it. There is nothing left of it! And I feel great!

Even the reality I create with my mom is better! : )

I'm an inner circle girl already and am sure I will see you on another retreat soon. Most excitingly, I'm taking the telecourses and I am learning so much about myself. I am behind, of course, on my home work (a learning experience re: resistance in itself!) but I am doing it! It's fabulous.I've made a huge, weight-lifting decision about selling my house and just this morning I realized while meditating that I don't value being thin...I value not being fat! yikes! Working on changing that now.

My best to you and your beautiful wife, and to all the kids at the office! You guys rock.

Kim

One more:

Hi Bill:

I like the word "percolate" to describe what happened
at the retreat. I had the most amazing experience I
have ever had, and am continuing to use the Holosync
daily. I'm being told many interesting comments from
friends and relatives, mostly that I seem to be more
relaxed and happier.

I'm still not sure how that timeline therapy works,
but I have not been able to get back into those
self-destructive emotions I struggled with for so
long... So yes, I couldn't be happier on how you
helped me... It seems that each time I talk to Dave
we talk about the retreat and laugh and say "wow" a
few times.

Again, thanks so much for bringing me to the retreat.
I'm glad that I was brave enough to just believe my
brother and believe Dr. Bev to be able to just absorb
everything and let whatever happens be ok...

My next challenge will be to start looking for a job
and seeing if those inferiority issues creep back in.
I don't think they will.....

Dan
